How To Cancel Pathao Ride In Nepal ? Step by Step Guide

Follow the steps mentioned below to cancel your pathao ride. I will start from the beginning. Lets book Pathao ride and then cancel it.

• Step 1: Open your Pathao App. Choose the Pathao service as Bike, Car, Rentals or Parcel. Here, I choosed the Bike.
• Step 2: Now, you should set your Pick Up Location and Destination. Here, I choosed the Pick Up Location as Koteshwor and Destination Location as New Road, Gate.
• Step 3: Then, you will be again asked to choose the Ride vehicle. I kept it as Bike and then click on the option Choose Bike.
• Step 4: Now, confirm the Pick up location. You can also set it on the map for exact pin point location. Then click on Confirm Pickup Point.
• Step 5: Then it notifies the riders. After the rider accepts the ride, you will see the information of the rider and time for pickup and charges.
• Step 6: Now here is the point where you can cancel the ride. Canceling the ride on time is necessary as the rider moves to the pickup point after accepting the rise. Here, scroll your screen to the bottom. You can see the option as Cancel this Ride ? Click on Cancel Now.
• Step 6: You are again asked for the confirmation to cancel the ride. Do you really want to cancel it ? Click on Cancel Now.
• Step 7: You are asked for the Reason for the cancellation of the ride. Choose the relevant cancellation reason. Here, I choose the reason as location was incorrect as I have to go to Bhaktapur, not New Road.
• Step 8: Thats it. Your Pathao ride is now canceled. Now you can book your pathao ride when you need it.
